Best Contemporary Indian Restaurants in Blackheath

I came here with 7 of my colleagues for an after-work dinner and the staff were incredibly attentive and accommodating for a larger group. The food and drinks were also delicious. Would definitely recommend!

An incredible restaurant! I booked to go for lunch with a client. The food is fine dining without being pretentious. The brown dal was superb. The service was phenomenal, especially from our waitress Meera. The Ice T was amazing and very tasty. The value was insane. £20 for 3 courses of fine food? You can spend that on lunch these days. I can't recommend it enough and I'll be back time and time again.

Lovely location. Service and food was fantastic. We ordered lamb biryani and chicken dish along with daal and basmati with quinoa. Dessert was lovely, bread and butter pudding and pistachio kulfi. Highly recommend going. No music so room was full of people talking which had a lovely buzz about it.

We had the most incredible experience and service at the Lalit. The afternoon tea/chai food was spectacular. Every single dish was super innovative, full of flavour, beautifully presented and premium quality. The chai was addictive and the rose lassi was tantalising! I will definitely recommend and return! A special shoutout to Meera who was so lovely along with all the other staff.
