Best Contemporary Italian Restaurants in Waterford Lakes

This was our first visit and it did not disappoint. The food was amazing and the service was excellent. We will definitely be back.

The Shrimp and Clam Risotto was excellent and a very good dish

Bar Italia is our go-to for special occasions. Very welcoming staff with impeccable service. Anthony treats us like family whenever he's available to greet us. Maddie has waited on us before, and her service was impeccable as always. We were treated first with the Fritto Misto and Zucchini Fritti. Both primis featured a very light batter with marinara and lemon aioli sauces, all of which we quickly devoured. Our main dishes were the Spicy Vodka Rigate (with chicken), Branzino “via carota” style, and Prime New York Strip. Everything was perfectly prepared and absolutely delicious. The steak was accompanied by a parmesan risotto, which all of us couldn't help but partake off of my son's plate. We topped off the evening by sharing a slice of the Bar Italia Caramelized Cheesecake and the Bar Italia Coffee. The latter contains frangelico, amaretto, and mascarpone whipped cream. Wow! Both were more than sufficient to satisfy our collective sweet-tooth. It was a greatly enjoyable evening of dining.

Service was really good and the food remarkable. Also, all accompanied by a good red wine.
