Very good experience. Food was excellent. Servers were very very busy but were pleasant and did their best. It was very loud but crazy busy so understandable. Will most definitely return.

Roberto runs a fabulous establishment! The food was authentic, the drinks fabulous, and the service exceptional. Make sure to support this business. Clean interior, bathrooms, and the ambiance is perfect for date night or with the family or friends.

We had a very fun time at Fat Rosie's and both the food and service were excellent.

As soon as we walked in the door, we got sad immediately. Chips and salsa was on the table within 10 seconds. Lisa was our server and she was awesome! Excellent service! Being a server myself, I appreciated her attentiveness and her charm. She was a super nice person and so fun! The mango margarita is the best! We shared a bunch of appetizers which I swear were on our table within five minutes after ordering them. It was crazy fast. We got the empanadas, taquitos, mix and match tacos and the elote. The ambience is so fun. We definitely will be back!

Francisco was an excellent waiter. He took care of us and made sure we never lacked for anything. The tostada chicken tacos and the queso were excellent!
