Fantastic date night dinner at Pabu. The food was exquisite. Excellent selection of sushi options including some of my favorites like kanpachi and tai that are not always easy to find. Everything was super fresh! The tuna carpaccio and grilled chicken thighs were phenomenal! Cocktails were creative and paired really well with the delicate flavors in the meal. Our server was really friendly with many great recommendations. It was a lively vibe but good energy. Highly recommend!
