And having visited Havana recently, I was looking to experience the flavors and seasonings specific to the island. I found it in spades at Chicky Boom. The chef came out to talk to us and even gave us a sample plate of the pork before we ordered it. It was cooked to perfection, expertly seasoned, and melted in your mouth.
