Very enjoyable experience. The menu is pretty classic French bistro but several dishes have a modern treatment that improves the old warhorses. The wait staff is outstanding. The wine-by-the-glass selection is good but not as good as the food...needs attention there. Great location right in the center of the Old Port. Highly recommended.

While visiting my Son in Portland, we were looking for a steak house! The Grill Room and Bar was exactly what we were looking for. Food was off the charts delicious, ambience was warm and inviting and the wait staff was attentive. Definitely will return when back in Portland. Was a nice change after all the seafood we ate!
