Our favourite place in Venice Breakfast was also outstanding

Lovely restaurant situated on a side canal near Hotel Splendid. We arrived by water taxi to the hotel then walked 3 minutes to this hotel. They had a table waiting for us overlooking the canal. Service was impeccable. The portions were generous and delicious. A great time was had by all.

Dining at Riviera del Leon is pure magic. Situated right on the water in Venice, the restaurant offers an unparalleled, front-row panorama of the iconic island of San Giorgio Maggiore. Watching the light dance across the lagoon while enjoying an extraordinary meal feels less like dinner and more like a living painting. Having been there twice for both lunch and dinner, I can say the experience is equally breathtaking at any time of day. The service is warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, making you feel like an honored guest from the moment you sit down. I highly recommend this place—everyone will find something special that draws them in! 😊
