Best Italian Restaurants in Iona

The best braised short ribs I have ever had. My husband ordered the filet mignon with Marsella wine and mushroom sauce, and he was extremely complimentary that the meat was cooked to his preferred rareness. Everything was delicious and the waitstaff was continuously checking in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. Fabulous restaurant!

Great Italian themed menu. Both of our entrees were great and the calamari appetizer was the most tender I've ever had. Ambiance was wonderful with a view of the sunset over the Gulf of Mexico,

A wonderful Italian restaurant and one of my favorites. The wine list contains many Italian wines. We started with east coast oysters, which were delicious. My swordfish special over linguine was superb, as was my companion’s pasta with mushrooms. We added tiramisu and cheesecake for dessert, and these were also wonderful. All this on a Monday, when many other restaurants are closed

We arrived for are 6:30 reservation and we were sat immediately. Our server came to our table with our menus and filled our water promptly. There was a little delay before he came back for our drink order and he apologized for the wait and from then on we had fantastic service. The food was excellent!! We started with a caprese salad and the focaccia appa. For our entrees we had the triple tail and gnocchi and our deserts were the cannoli and Yuzu white chocolate dome. Every aspect of our meal was fantastic. The restaurant adds some great small touches like an amuse bouche to start and finishes with a shot of Orangecello. We will definitely be back soon.
