Best Italian Restaurants in The Renaissance

Absolutely excellent meal. Our second time visiting Giada. My wife ordered the prix fixe menu, while I enjoyed some other dishes. First of all, you have to order the foccacia. It’s unlike any other focaccia I’ve ever enjoyed. It’s airy and not super dense. Served with EVOO and Balsamic. It’s absolutely heavenly and one of the main reasons we came back again. Our first course my wife enjoyed the arugula salad, and I had the autumn squash soup. The soup sounds a little odd when you learn there is a marshmallow foam that it is served on, but it is a wonderful pairing. Second course, we both had the signature lemon spaghetti. As a fan of lemon forward dishes, this hit all the right notes. This is the other dish that brought us back to the restaurant to enjoy again. For the entree my wife had the short rib served over polenta. It was hearty and ate like an upscale version of grandma’s pot roast. I had the veal saltimbocca and it was divine. I ordered the mushroom risotto as a side which paired perfectly. We finished off dinner sharing some gelato that was also magnificent. My only knock on the night was their lack of selection of good rye bourbon and not using the right ice for a bourbon cocktail which led to a watered down old fashioned. As a nice touch that goes with the prix fixe menu, they give you a small gift bag with the night’s menu, a recipe card from Giada (the lemon spaghetti!) and a photo of Giada. The decor of the restaurant is also very beautiful. It’s adorned with movie posters and photos from the de Laurentis’ family. It’s a great vibe. The meal was not cheap, more than some people’s car payment, but worth it for us. If you’re looking for a great place to indulge yourself, Giada hits the right spots.

The food and service was absolutely amazing. We celebrated my birthday there last night and the staff and Jesse went beyond expectations to make our dining experience unforgettable. I will definitely be back. Thank you for a wonderful birthday dinner Carmine’s❤️

Amalfi is one Of our favorite Las Vegas Restaurants… because it is a Bobby Flay Restaurant but because the food Is always sooo goood. Our server, Shelby was wonderful but this time I had the Red Snapper with the salsa Verde and my hubby had the Bronzino with the Calabrian chile pesto. But We started with the Charred octopus and the Amalfi chopped Salad and loved them both… and finished with the most amazing dessert… the Caramel Espresso Tiramisu. Everything was truly divine!! Most of all the service… Ask for Shelby.

Fresh bread was great as a starter, the salad and entree was as stated made to order with fresh ingredients! I was very impressed with our dinner. I will be back to try the pizza!

Enjoyed a late lunch at Zio’s. Our waiter was fantastic- very attentive; food was good; the atmosphere was very inviting - love the velvet semi-circle seating; the convenience of being able to eat at our hotel restaurant was a definite plus. My only minor complaint is that the background music was a bit loud making it difficult to carry on a conversation.
