I made reservations to celebrate the 80th birthday of a long-time friend who lives nearby. When we arrived at the restaurant and mentioned the reservation, the server greeted us warmly, knew we were there to celebrate a milestone birthday, and asked if we needed accommodation seating closer to the door. The service was stellar and our meals were delicious! My veal piccata was so flavorful. As our party of four left the restaurant with delicious leftovers, one of us accidentally dropped their box of pasta at the doorway. The manager immediately rushed over to make sure she was OK and then assured her that they would prepare another meal for her to take home. Within 10 minutes we were on our way home with another steaming hot meal (at no charge) and raving about how we need to return again soon — not only for the delicious food, but also for the empathetic and attentive service.
