The miso black cod is great but not life changing like people say it is. The wagyu dumplings just tasted like smoke, don’t order them. But the sushi is absolutely incredible, that is worth it. What is most impressive is I’ve not had sushi (even when it’s stated as gluten free) without becoming ill. I'd recommend requesting a table with her as your server if she's working. She walked us through every aspect of the restaurant, menus, and service expectations. She exceeded them in every way. The entire staff assisting her was so welcoming and polite. Anything we had questions about, everyone was well versed. The food met every aspect of presentation, smell, taste, and of course the enjoyment. Of course the price is more on the islands. The only downside was a table next to the pool while families were playing close by.
