It is always so nice to be dining where the quality and presentation of the dishes is of the utmost importance, along with, as a Bistro, a diversity of dishes to choose from.
I mean, braised Short RIbs that people where raving about!
The wait staff was professional and can help those less familiar to find choices that meet their tastes, whether it be sushi, sashimi, appetizers or cooked entrees.
It is obvious that lots of the people dining were returning clients, both by how they were greeted at the door, as well as their own familiarity with the place and people.
The selection of fish is impressive, and the prices very reasonable. It also helps keep the costs inline being a BYOB.
Above all it is a joyous place, with people smiling and joking with Teresa and Alex, while dining.
It is well worth a trip there.
