We had an amazing evening!! We had ordered from here for our Rosh Hashanah side dishes the weekend before and they were all delicious, so when I was trying to decide where to go for a birthday dinner out, Thyme popped into my mind. After the meal my family were all expressing appreciation for my choice of restaurant. We were already talking ahead and thinking we should look into making a reservation for Mother's Day (and this was from my family members who very rarely like to plan anything in advance!). Everyone loved their meals. Even just starting off - for me the first sign of a good restaurant is warm bread and soft butter, and you had that! I had the Roasted Corn Bisque for the appetizer - it was a generous size so I was able to share tastes with most of my family, who loved it as much as I did. Two of my family members got salads and were impressed. We all loved our entrees - I had the skirt steak, and it was so good, especially when you dipped a bite into the Chimichurri sauce. And the potatoes were also great and I loved the pretty colors! My mom was so in love with her lamb chops - kept raving about them. Everyone else also loved their main dishes. For dessert I got the apple tart - such a perfect sweet last bite to end the meal! I have a feeling this will become our go-to restaurant for special occasions. And there's also a good chance that we'll order again next year for Rosh Hashanah - the baked brie was the star of the show! The kugel was delicious, and the roasted vegetables were also great - it's rare for me to find a veggie mix where I dont' need to pick anything out, but I loved all of the included vegetables, especially the parsnips. I highly recommend this restaurant!!
