Very immersive experience, from the sound garden to the architecture, soundtrack, wardrobe, and interior design. Every detail was intentional, and the staff was extremely attentive. The courses had outstanding presentation and demonstrated takes on texture, temperature, and flavor that both surprise and satisfy. They surpassed expectations in regards to a special request I made for mine and my wife’s 7th wedding anniversary, which turned a special night into an unforgettable night. My sincerest appreciation to Chef Jordan, Zoe, and the entire Vespertine staff who made our visit the extraordinary experience that it was. Thank you for all that you do for the art. Wow I was surprised and "wow"ed here! The restaurant is stunning and you are teleported feeling like you are on the Mediterranean somewhere ! The food is extremely eclectic with Asian inspired dishes, modern European and middle eastern and all are spectacular ! My absolute fave was the miso yuzu spinach salad. A must get! The waygu kebab was to die for. And the hamachi was refreshing and well balanced ! Kevin was our server and he was made the all experience even better!

Came for brunch on a Sunday. Great selections. We had the pizza, frittata, pork belly sandwich, ravioli and for dessert the lava cake and tiramisu. Ordered a Bloody Mary was good as well. All were delicious! It was my bday so they sent over a complimentary Bloody Mary which was so nice! The ambiance and decor is wonderful as well. Will definitely come back and try other menu items.
