Its says something about the service that that was the most memorable part of the meal. The atmosphere and ambiance at Brothers is excellent. It is quiet but relaxed. Everyone is having conversations but at no point does it feel noisy and the playlist selection is great. The service is the stand out here. They keep a solid pace, but at no point do you feel rushed. This was excellent in my opinion, as I am tired of tasting menus taking three hours for really no reason. The "Brothers" are working the front of house, are extremely knowledgeable about everything they serve, and have a fine attention to detail. The river trout is a special standout.
