Another lovely evening at China Chilcano! This time we tried the new dishes: * Ceviche Clasico — Delicious! * Lucky Twelve siu mai — this is the best way for two to sample the tripe of diu mai — dorado (”golden”), pollo (“chicken”), and tradicional. All excellent. * Tam tam — spicy pork and noodles with peanut sauce. Truly delicious. * Suspiro Limeña — The perfect dessert! The staff are marvelous! The service was wonderful, snd the staff was attentive and engaging. Even those just clearing the dishes were polite and cheerful. Having a polite and cheerful staff mashed for a wonderful evening! Overall, an exceptionally pleasant dining experience!

One of those places that lives up to the hype and then some. Everyone there makes the experience more than worth the investment. The food is both thoughtful and creative and just beyond delicious. The staff absolutely make the evening. They are attentive and not pretentious, they truly turn the evening into an event and not just a meal. Wonderful head to toe.

Absolutely wonderful find. Try the pisco and then move on to the empanadas and the causas. Our entrees included the aji de gallina and lomo saltado. Both were outstanding!
