Wednesday evening, looked a bit quiet outside but was buzzing inside. Greeted very warmly and my son was wished a Happy Birthday! We were then seated immediately. Table service was timed to perfection. The waiting staff was friendly, engaging and professional. The drinks arrived and I recommend the Miraflors rosé. Absolutely beautiful if you’re having white or red meat. The starters were all amazing but the star was the scallops. My goodness, they were GOOD! Cooked delicately but with beautiful charred flavours surrounding. Husband and son shared a Porterhouse and it was grilled to perfection. Honestly, when they cut it, the layers of pink to brown were exactly how it should be. The chefs know what they’re doing. I had the tuna steak and it was delightful beyond, with a generous serving of celeriac in a dainty dressing on top. Dessert was on point and honestly, I have dined here before on a few occasions and it keeps getting better. This restaurant is a must. Thank you to the team that looked after us and our food.
