Best Pubs in Havant

Booked a table for the Friday evening of the festival of speed, we arrived early, no problem for the staff, we ate outside in the wonderful garden with our French guests who were very impressed with the pub, the food, beer and ambience. We had a fantastic meal and a great evening, will definitely be back here for the 2026 FOS!

Beautiful pub in the New Forest, lovely drive up through the ponies and their foals. Great outdoor space with umbrellas with views of the forest one way and their lovely garden the other. Good menu and great food.

We sat in the beautiful garden, were attended to well by the staff and I ordered the best belly pork i have ever tasted! Excellent food, service and wonderful setting. Thank you.

I've been to the Ship a few times, but not for a meal before - and have always enjoyed the atmosphere. The service was excellent and the staff were so accommodating and very well versed in what they had to offer. The food was lovely, and the portions weren't crazy big. The low buzz of people outside with the ocean view and sounds made this a lovely dining experience! Can't wait to come back again :)
