Very nice place, really relaxing and tranquil atmosphere without being boring. All the staff were very welcoming and polite, which added to the experience nicely. It is expensive compared to some other Japanese/Sushi places, but the quality of the food makes up for that.

Came here for a kids birthday party meal. The service, and Mo in particular, was fantastic - especially with such a group and with a few allergies. Was a great time and the team did a great job at facilitating this - very happy with the service

We were a large group of adults and children, and the venue were so accommodating with us; we had a bench table reserved for the adults and one for the children. They were patient and kind when taking our large order, and on hand for additional requests throughout our meal. We were not hurried along - instead left to chat and catch up with friends for nearly 3 hours on a Weekend lunchtime. There’s not many places where this could be accommodated. The food was delivered to the table fresh, hot and without a long wait, our servers were friendly, polite and understanding. Wagamama continues to be a great option for family friendly meals. Thank you!
