This is my new favorite restaurant! I really missed Creole/Cajun style food so we came here for my birthday. Set up a reservation (this option is always a plus in my book!) and arrived a little early. We were seated promptly anyways. Our server was very nice and attentive. Drinks were brought and refilled quickly. I got the hurricane, my son got a gin fizz - looked and tasted great! The food is absolutely incredible, fresh hot and DELICIOUS. We got hush puppies and voodoo fries, my son got the mac n cheese + bacon & sausage, my husband got the chicken po boy and I got the red beans & rice. They were out of cobbler sadly but the beignets were stellar! We will DEFINITELY be back.

The service, the food and the atmosphere was excellent. We sat on the patio. They had a wonderful story teller and it was a delightful Portland summer evening. So, happy to have this restaurant as a downtown option!
