Our first time going to Fishkill prime and it won’t be our last! Food, service and ambiance outstanding!!! We started with the special scallop roll this was just delicious freshest fish it melted in your mouth, then tomahawk steak with potatoe purée and crisp Brussels sprouts (this is an appetizer we chose to have as a side so glad we did. The steak was cooked perfectly was absolutely delicious the potatoes and Brussels so good! Marade was our server, she was just wonderful super friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating to our allergies. We also met the owner he was great, personably and kind. Thank you for having us, it was a GREAT night!!! ❤️🥂

The server TY was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and made our birthday celebration special! The food was delicious especially the Crab Cake and the filet mignon was like butter! Cappuccino was a hit as well. Brussel sprouts were exceptional too. Will be returning.

From the moment we entered, we were given excellent service. Our waiter, Johnny, was very attentive and answered all questions about the food. We were there to chat a while before we ate and we were not rushed at all. From our drinks to our dessert, we were extremely impressed. The food was delicious. The cheesecake was the best I ever had! We will be back.

Date night at Prime can't be beat! The harbor views are spectacular, and tiered seating enables everyone to enjoy them. The wait staff does their job extremely well. Our waiter is also a sommelier, and guided us on some great wine choices. The menu is inventive and extensive, and each dish was beautifully prepared. They also offer specials, which added to our enjoyment. We can't wait to return.

Farm is a lovely restaurant. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Food is excellent. The menu is interesting, with plenty of options. We enjoy staying at the Hotel Nyack especially because there is an good restaurant on site. The bar is also excellent. Relaxed, but upscale, atmosphere.
