Beautiful fresh food , as always , lovely friendly staff.

First time in Gaijin after the new menu and takeover. Very happy with all the changes, the menu is a lot bigger and it has a lot more variety, the food quality is as outstanding as before, no regrets there. The only thing I would improve is the personality of the place. Arguably we were a table of 5 and had plenty to entertain ourselves, however the way the floor was managed previously was a lot better, this time it felt a little impersonal and anonymous. I'm sure the team will get it back to what it used to be.

The meal was amazing, great seeing the food cooked in front of you and the whole experience was very entertaining. All staff were very helpful and welcoming. Good food selection on the menu.
