We had a wonderful time at Wagamama Basildon last Friday, Chris the front of house manager was superb, he was attentive and friendly without being overly friendly, as to were the rest of the staff, he made the evening very enjoyable. The food was excellent, this was my first experience here and I would definitely go again.

Nice welcome. We had booked a table so got a booth. Everyone was very helpfull and great with the kids. Even the chef provided a wave. Just a lovely touch.

This was our first visit to minoa and it’s safe to say this won’t be our last! Was warmly greeted by staff who were all really friendly and accommodating, I don’t even know where to start with the food!! All I can say is WOW every dish we had was insane from presentation portion size and most of all so so tasty I can’t tell you how much we enjoyed this. This was a real hidden gem and hope it stays for a very long time we have recommended this place to all our friends and will be back very soon to enjoy some more tasty food and cocktails thank you so much for a lovely evening ❤️

I went to meet friends on a Weds night. The staff were lovely and so accomodating. I thought it would be a table for 3 adults and two kids, not realising the kids wouldn't come. So 5 became 3 and the seating lady was super kind and helpful and moved us to a booth. The service was excellent, the staff we encountered super friendly and smiley. All in all 10 our of 10 experience. Thanks to the friendly lovely staff.

Really enjoyed our family meal here. The waiter, Ewan was very knowledgeable on the menu and helped us make delicious choices. As a side note.... you eat mainly at tables with benches. There are some tables with chairs. So, if you have guests that have back issues please request a table with chairs.

Very good food. While they did forget one of the drinks which we later had to get removed from the bill and one dish was incorrect but quickly replaced, overall we really enjoyed our visit and the tasty food.

Absolutely amazing, one of the best dining experiences we’ve ever done. We didn’t even feel like we were in Kent anymore! Every aspect was so relaxing and the food was incredible. Thank you for such an amazing experience we will definitely be coming back!
