My wife and I really enjoyed our dinner at Le Baratin. The restaurant has a very cozy atmosphere that feels intimate without being overly formal, which made for a really enjoyable evening. The food was great, and we thought the menu pricing structure was very fair for the quality of the meal. Having the option to choose between two or three courses makes it easy to put together a meal that works for you without feeling like you are overpaying. Our server was also very friendly and attentive throughout the meal. The restaurant is located in a lovely, walkable part of Toronto, which made it a great spot to visit while exploring the area. Overall, we had a great experience at Le Baratin and would happily come back the next time we are in Toronto.

I had a wonderful dinner last night before a show at Massey Hall. We had happy hour drinks and oysters, excellent pasta and fish for dinner, and delicious chocolate cake for dessert. Nice cocktails and wine. The service was quick and attentive. The restaurant is very nice and was quiet. Very pleased with the experience.

Wonderful French menu with lovely soft tastes- great wine match. Our faves from the menu: pickerel gateau with beurre blanc - such wonderful taste & texture & beef tartare - assertive spice and seasoning.
