The chow fun noodles were rolled into little pillows of air, the fried tofu were bite sized, light, and delicious. The pork was served with crispy lettuce to roll it in with companion herbs and a delicious sauce. The host sat us in a quiet corner in a window where we watched the neighbors stroll by. He also guided us on the wine menu suggesting the perfect red for the pork. We had water refills without having to ask, our waiter checked with us periodically as well as the host.
