We offer a specialist yakitori menu at dinner - skewers of free-range, slow-reared chicken over hot charcoal on our custom-made hibachi - as well as classic izakaya dishes, including miso black cod and tempura, accompanied by a curated selection of wines, Japanese sakes and whiskies. Our signature beak-to-tail menu features 17 Yakitori cuts. This set is available at dinner time and on weekdays only. It would require 2 working days' advance booking, and a 50% deposit. This was our second time visiting this restaurant and we were not disappointed. The food was absolutely sensational - none of us could pick a favourite dish. The food arrived quickly and was presented immaculately, and the service was second to none. Our sever was attentive without being intrusive, funny, warm and incredibly helpful. He answered our questions and helped to select a fantastic range of dishes and made drink recommendations. Unfortunately I did not catch his name but he is a credit to your establishment. The décor and ambience in the restaurant was amazing too; attention to detail and care can be seen through every aspect. We couldn't recommend Sticks 'n' Sushi enough and will definitely be visiting again.
