About CUT at 45 Park Lane
A stunning venue in a stunning location, London’s CUT at 45 Park Lane restaurant presents the European debut of world renowned chef and restaurateur Wolfgang Puck. Set within the glamorous art deco Dorchester Collection hotel 45 Park Lane, CUT at 45 Park Lane restaurant mirrors almost exactly its award winning Beverly Hills counterpart, offering the same mouth watering steak and seafood menu, a similarly well crafted wine list and the same atmosphere of moneyed glamour and laid back sophistication. Surrounded by wood panelling and curtaining, lit by low level lamps and high chandeliers and with curved leather banquettes creating an intimate feel, the dining room is as ideally suited to business as to romance and special occasions. From possibly London’s best steaks to salads, lobster, whole roasted fresh fish and so much more Puck has created a menu to steal the heart of every one of CUT at 45 Park Lane’s visitors.

CUT at 45 Park Lane Ratings and Reviews
I visited here recently for my birthday and I was blown away by the amazing service and the ambience of this restaurant was great. It was very fitting for a special occasion. The only negative I would say is that the only halal steaks available are the premium Waygu ones which are in the region of £100. So I would only go here for a special occasion however I had a thoroughly enjoyable evening and the food was so good! My waygu steak was the nicest steak I’ve ever had it was like butter. The side dishes were huge and also really good. The chocolate fondant was spectacular!
Took my girlfriend for her birthday. Food was unreal and would love to go back again!
Slight disappointment when they forgot to bring birthday dessert with candle out especially after leaving note on booking and then further asking waiter. Would strongly recommend!
This is our favourite restaurant in London.
Definitely the best steak, cooked and seasoned exactly how I like it ( and I'm really fussy with it), plus a lovely attentive service.
I come here pretty often with my husband and we are always happy with everything.
And the wine list is really good too!
I recommend it to anybody who wants an amazing steak and wine.
I would give them a Michelin star.
The food and service were all excellent. Everyone that served us went above and beyond to make our evening special including providing a 'happy birthday' dessert for my mum. This is not a cheap place but the food and wine definitely deserved the price. Would highly recommend!
Third visit and it was as fantastic as always. Only slight improvements (digging deep to find anything to improve!) are that our table lighting was a bit too dark but they brought a lamp to the table and the acoustics made it a bit difficult to hear someone at our table. But these are minor - it is a fabulous place
Have been here before and had a wonderful experience and this time was the same. Service was very attentive and professional. Food from starters to mains was great. I'm from Texas where we season our steaks and the one I had at Cut was seasoned wonderfully. It was also cooked to perfection. I will be back.
Great place to taste halal wagyu beef. It was my husband's birthday and he's always wanted to try this. Very expensive but delicious and worth spending the money. Service initially a little slow but progressed to outstanding! Would love to come back in the evening.
We came for the steak, being regulars at the standard steakhouses - Hawksmoor, Guacho, Goodman, Guinea in the area, so a high bar was set for Cut. We were not disappointed! A steak house that is perhaps closer to a high-end dining experience, with superb service and a good ambience where you could have a quiet conversation and not be drowned out by the overall restaurant hubbub. Steak selection was on the high-end side, with wagyu beef taking centre stage (and commanding the understandable premium associated), but it was excellently done, and the advice of the staff (along with the descriptions accompanying the visual meat cuts) was a good guide to choose from. Top notch night out, but at Park Lane prices (as expected, but worth noting).
