Had a good experience , only thing that I didn’t like was when they cleaned the tables , they used cillet bang (however spelt) and if your sat having food next to that table it really smelt whilst you tried to enjoy your food.

- the Aladdin genie cave was decorated very well which offered a nice ambience
- the Aladdin afternoon tea was wonderful ; so much food, great presentation and great value for money.
- the white tea with lychee and peach is divine.

Overall we all had a great time and were so full afterwards.

We went for afternoon tea which was very ordinary in a dingy basement. The toilet was absolutely filthy, my shoes were still sticking to the ground after we left. I would not be going back

Was a very nice experience, our only issue was that we would have liked more sandwiches, 3 little sandwiches each was not enough, the food was lovely but I dont think it was worth £29.5. Staff were amazing though!!!!

Genie's Cave afternoon tea was a wonderful experience. A great menu and selection of treats that were innovative and beautifully presented. My friend and I had a lovely time. Our only complaint is that the 2hour sitting felt a little rushed. The food pretty much came out all at once - sandwiches and cakes together. We would have preferred to have longer and more pacing between. Our tea was also not checked nor kept topped up, so we had to wait to grab someone's attention before we could get a fresh pot. So basically I didn't have much tea at all.

Enjoyed a very delicious Aladdin tea yesterday. You get 2 hours which is good so no one is rushing you to get out. Relaxed atmosphere where you can take your time. It’s the last week of the Aladdin tea however.

The Aladdin's Cave is brilliant. They have decorated the room really well, the service was great and the food was lovely. It's a great novelty afternoon out. It's quite a small area so children may not enjoy it if they like running around.

We went to see the show afterwards which finished the themed day off (THOROUGHLY RECOMMEND IT!)

The cakes looked AMAZING TOO

The aladdin experience wasn't much of an experience and was extremely overpriced. The selection of sandwiches were poor and the cakes weren't very nice either. I have had afternoon teas in cheaper cafes and food was of much better standards and taste. The staff were miserable and extremely scruffy and sporting the just got out of bed look. I will not be recommending this place to any friends or family.

A mother’s day treat with my mum and sister and we loved it! Everything was really great, only thing I would say is the waitress spoke really quickly when explaining what everything was so wasn’t sure on certain things but the menu did have it all in. Great value for money, we were so full after! Lovely afternoon out!

We had the Aladdin afternoon tea which was very nice, the food was really tasty and different from the traditional afternoon tea which I liked. The place is very small though and we were rushed out by a member of staff...the combination of being a very small place and being rushed caused me to knock over another table's bottle of prosecco!

Attended the Genie’s Cave, Aladdin themed afternoon tea and it was brilliant! Great food and amazing tea. Staff were so friendly, welcoming and accomodating to all of our food and comfort requests. Loved the atmosphere, felt as if we were a part of a magical story; especially with the Disney music playing in the background! Would 100% recommend to small groups as we attended as a group of 4 for my sister’s 21st and throughly enjoyed it :)

Genies afternoon tea which is downstairs was overcrowded. The service was slow and the food average. The decor was tacky and badly done, in need of an overhaul. Cannot comment on the uostairs cafe as i did not spend a lot of time there but it looked cramped.

Love Cutter and Squidge cakes, would even go as far as saying they do the best cakes in London, however non of them were served during the afternoon tea which was a massive let down. The room was pretty small and decorated with paper cones, so not really worth the price we paid for both ambiance or food, on the upside the staff were attentive.

I was really excited to take my daughter for a themed afternoon tea but have to say that I was disappointed. I wanted magical but was disappointed with the ambience as the room was dirty and the staff were not attentive. I would have liked to see the staff dressed up and joining in the theme. In regards to the food, the initial unleashing the Genie was delicious and fun but the rest
was not worth the money. In all the experience was over within a hour as all the food came at once. I personally found the savoury snacks nice but was really disappointed with the cakes.
Overall it was a very expensive hour and we left hungry......

We booked the afternoon tea that was Aladdin themed and it was amazing. The atmosphere was wonderful and the food delicious however, I did find the price a big high given, the other afternoon tea options available elsewhere for much less.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. I would recommend the experience however, feel a lower price would enable more people to enjoy the themed afternoon teas.
