De Amicis Ristorante Italiano
Great food, great service. Would have no hesitation in returning👍👍
Nice basic Italian trattoria, good food but service a little slow.
Wonderful food and service! Went 2 times on our trip!
I have loved this place for many years. Good family run restaurant, lovely food, generous portions, friendly service and delicious wines. So nice to see an independent restaurant lasting so long without losing any of it's charm.
My wife and I went here for dinner after an evening performance at the Royal Albert Hall. They were still open and happy to have customers at that time, and so friendly. The food and atmosphere were wonderful. It wasn't very busy by that time of night and the predominant language being spoken both by staff and diners was Italian. It really did feel like we truely were in an Italian restaurant. We'll definitely go back there again.
Outstanding Italian restaurant with authentic Italian food, Great service and friendly staff. We had Tagliatell with salmon and with a creamy tomato sauce., Margherita pizza and Arugula and Parmesan salad . Everything was delicious .
Excellent family run Italian, good food ,ambience , service
It was rather expensive for what was provided and the garlic bread, though complimentary, was burnt round the edges.
Otherwise excellent. Stracciatelli alla Romana was delicious, as was the Veal
It was a bit overpriced, and portions were small, but overall it was very nice. I would go back. The service staff were very welcoming and attentive.
This is a family owned restaurant that is obviously very popular with locals - always a good sign. Booking is a good idea as it is reasonably small - makes for nice ambiance and intimate dining. Food was very good and service was great. The wine recommendation of the ?week ?month, was brilliant (we love our wines, but have limited knowledge of Italian reds, and this one was excellent).
Great service, great food, great value.
I go regularly. Food is fresh and good. Authentic. Open kitchen. Feels like being at a traditional family run restaurant in Italy. I always take people with me and everyone enjoys it. Never had a bad experience. London is short of these lovely independent restaurants.
We dine here regularly. Always good food and service
This family owned & operated restaurant is a neighborhood gem serving authentic Italian cuisine that is consistently delicious and tastes homemade with fresh quality ingredients.
Good Italian food, reasonably priced. I had the lasagna and my wife had the homemade ravioli. Both were quite good. The house wine was satisfying.
Delicious food. Beautiful service. Intimate and cozy. Antipasto prosciutto E melone spectacular. Spaghetti bolognese fantastic! And the mele crostata finished the meal in fireworks!
Marco is the best! When in London, we will make this our stop for a fabulous meal!
Nice Italian restaurant near Notting Hill Gate tube station.
Posto familiare, personale disponibile e accogliente. Cibo molto buono. Abbiamo mangiato una pizza migliore che dalle nostre parti in Italia. Consiglio la torta della nonna che è fantastica
Lovely small family owned restaurant with very good food and wine at a very fair price. We will certainly visit this restaurant again.
Most enjoyable meal. Despite being really busy, service was good and food came pretty promptly (all freshly cooked). Their Sangoviese house red is great value.
Very good experience and staff. I recommend this restaurant in the Nothing Hill district just near Notting Hill Gate.
Fresh, authentic, well-cooked Italian food. Great range to suit small appetites to a whole night out. Sardines were delicious. Very good pizzas. Attentive and friendly service without being overbearing. Good value for the area. Recommend booking as was getting very busy when we left.
Lovely restaurant. The food was delicious and really reasonably priced and the service was great. We had complimentary garlic bread and a candle in our pudding for my fiancé’s birthday. Would recommend.
This was an excellent meal during our stay in Notting Hill. All three of the dishes we ordered were excellent. The lasagna was baked in the oven and came out piping hot. The garlic bread was soft and baked to perfection and my daughter's pizza was great. Very attentive service even as the restaurant got busier. Thank you for a delicious meal!
A very enjoyable evening, efficient service nicely presented and tasty food. Very good house red wine
Wonderful food, great service.
Great food, wine and atmosphere.
Will be back soon.
Lovely atmosphere- very authentic and good value
A nice little place that has an authentic vibe. Felt very local.
It was only fair to be honest, lovely service but food was average, our chips were soggy and full of grease, lasange was not nice, garlic bread was lovely but thats only a baquette toasted with tasty garlic butter, wouldnt return!!
Lovely neighbourhood restaurant where we spent New Years Eve. Dancing and Prosecco at midnight. Great fun.
We had an early, and quick, supper before the theatre. Staff were pleasant and polite and food was good.
We come to this restaurant whenever we come to London. We found it by chance and now it is our favourite choice. The menu is great value and has lots of choice as well as the specials. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. We will be returning soon.
Very pleasant meal with friends,as we have previous happy memories of it. A little spoiled by one very noisy party on another table. We would still come again
Fantastic food in a authentic restaurant
Authentic italian restaurant in London.
Very good quality good and friendly service. Also good wines.
De Amicis è una mia tappa abituale nelle mie visite a Londra. Cordialità, gentilezza, precisione e velocità del servizio, ambiente gradevole e cibo ottimo. Prezzi adeguati. Cosa chiedere di più?
Great Italian Restaurant, friendly service and great food.
A darling Italian supper, fab service we loved our waiter, very delicious food, especially the veal risotto.
