We felt a bit rushed. We sat down, got our menus and the waitress was right there asking for our order. We asked for more time, she came back 5 minutes later, we didn’t even have out drinks yet. I told her I wasn’t ready yet, she came back a few minutes later…finally, we gave up and ordered. We had our food 20 minutes from when we walked through the door. Food was very good. Just would have liked to feel less rushed

Have visited in number occasions and return because of authenticity , well run and great food. Ideal location for friends. Too busy for biz lunch as noise levels too high at peak times.

Terrible time. Given a table In back of restaurant. Small room jam packed with tables (no regard to covid !). Very loud as sooo many people in confined space. Serves 2 out the 3 meals and no side orders ! On chasing up we’re told 5 mins !!! 15 mins later and our meal complete the last main course arrived. Again no sides still. Asked again for a third time after seeing sides given to other table who started after us. !!! Sides finally came after your meal finished so we went back. Waiter really rude ! No apology ! Terrible night.

We have been going to Finos for over 40 years and was met by one of our lovely waiters. However, they have now squeezed in extra tables and the female waitress was not very nice to us. When we asked to have biscuits with our expresso she told us to be patient!!!! This will not put us off returning but maybe in the New Year when not so busy

Lunch with friends ( 3 of us) , service was prompt as was the food , drinks etc. Restaurant was busy as it was lunchtime which gave nice ambiance. Food was very tasty as always , quality and taste rather than volume and bulked up.

We have been coming here regularly for about 10 years. Delfino's is the best pizza I've had anywhere, and I travel a lot. Not only is the pizza exceptional, but the service is professional, yet warm and friendly. I can't recommend it enough!

We've gone to Delfinos periodically for over 20 years. This time we walked out. Having reservations, we nevertheless did not feel welcomed. Tables were shown to us grudgingly, and when sitting down, rather uncomfortably, we never got a menu, while others arriving after us did. This was not a good start to an evening we'd been planning for ages. We left, and had a lovely dinner elsewhere. From the service received I'm not sure we'll be back any time soon

Superb Friday lunch. I had lasagne which was piping hot, meaty and rich, just as you’d expect from an Italian and my colleague had a prawn pasta which he said was excellent. Ricardo’s wine suggestion was sublime and all in a buzzy atmosphere. One of Mayfair’s staple restaurants and great value, especially for the area.

Food and service was excellent! Can’t fault it! But would have been nice if restaurant was a bit more “dressed” so to speak as in Mayfair. More like a cafe than a restaurant in Mayfair.
