Was disappointed this time with the pasta, in the past it was exceptional.. that night, it seemed there was a different chef or was the recipe changed
Go there often and get the same waitress most of the time. I don’t recall her name, but she is amazing...owners should know she’s a large part of their success.
Renato, the owner, was so pleasant and helpful. He had great customer service and was very friendly.
The food was delicious and the servings were large. We will definitely be back.
I love Della Terra. This is definitley one of the best Italian Restaurants in the area. I love that they screen vintage films! One person in our party had the Limone pasta - we all loved it. I had the Gnocci - easily the best meal of the 3 of us that evening. However, we all almost completely filled up on the bread - which is lovely and way too yummy.
Very friendly staff - we were able to find street parking pretty easily.
Restaurant had great ambiance...for a small place, it appears there was some confusion among our wait staff but eventually someone came to take our order. This was followed by good service and great food. Our server recommended a good bottle of wine which our table enjoyed.
Great, friendly service. Totally felt both neighborhoody and quality cuisine at the same time.
Flavor, flavor, flavor! Even the simplest tomato and basil pizza was outstanding.
Excellent a always! Consistent food quality and outstanding service!!!
Long time customer. We come with kids and they are great with them. Only complaint was that the service was slower than normal but it looked to us that the restaurant was really slammed that night. Food is outstanding at a reasonable price. Will return here to be sure next time we are in town. Would recommend highly to anyone looking for quality food at fair price.
Great food. Great wine. Great service. Great evening.
No doubt it was a very nice place and food. Service was excellent.
We love everything about Della Terra and feel so lucky that one of the best Italian restaurants in L.A. is our neighborhood Italian restaurant! Best food. Amazing cocktails. And incredible service.
We had a wonderful waitress who was attentive and professional. The portions were not large But were sufficient. The food was entirely delicious from beginning to end.
Love this restaurant. Consistently delish!
Food and service was great. I loved the calamari and the pizza. The bread and chimichurri sauce is amazing too! Love that they have peroni on draft !
My husband and I visited this restaurant during dinenla and although Della Terra was not participating in dinenla; it was an awesome dining experience and we will definitely return. The sauces in our dishes were very authentic and seasoning was balanced delightfully; meaning not too much of any one season. The cocktails were also great and the dessert was a fabulous ending to a great meal and evening. I also loved the everything about the ambiance with the old silent movies and the table settings. If you are looking for a little old and modern Italian experience with an exceptional menu to select from; then Della Terra should definitely be on your list to visit.
It was great! The food is amazing. Sound does carry and there was a loud group so it was hard to hear each other
Great food, service was not. Was there for after my wedding and we reserved for a party of 20 but only 14 showed up. Then they tell us that they have a minimum charge of $500 for our party. (Which was not mentioned)
It was a beautiful restaurant. Service was great, constantly checking up on you to ask if you need anything! Food was delicious and will definitely come again! :)
A little gem of a restaurant. The food was delicious and the service was great.
Love their homemade pastas and their salads are huge and delicious. Also it’s a struggle every time not to devour the bread and olive oil before dinner!
Love this olace
The staff was very attentive and made valuable recommendations. My guests ate the brochette which were cooked just right and of course, I tried thepasta, as it is all hand made and cut. I had the Lemon. It was delicious and not too heavy. We started with an artichoke. Superb! We will definitely return.
the branzino was excellent and the filet skewers were perfect
Great food and exceptional service. I would definitely come back again.
This lovely spot is walking distance to our home. I took a friend/colleague for dinner to celebrate a sale. We had a fine evening with good service, great food, and a comfy atmosphere. Don't take the noise level negatively, we sat on the patio close to the street and were still able to talk.
A very nice Reataurant with good choice of delicious dishes. Nice wine selection. The only thing we did not like is some of the customers’ attire....flip flops. It is not appropriate to go to a restaurant like this in flip flops. To add more insult to injury, a lady took out her flip flops and placed her dirty bare feet on the chair next to her.
It was my husband and I Anniversary, we took our kids to dinner there. The food, service and ambiance was great excellent and I highly recommend this place.
We visit her often as it feels like home. Love the staff and the food. A must visit!
Good place for an intimate romantic date. The ambiance is well suited for for having a conversation and getting to know someone. The chicken parmigiana is a tad over priced and underwhelming. The sauce however is quite tasty. This restaurant is a better option to Jon & Vinny’s witch is down the street and the price/portion/ quality ratio is much superior.
Della Terra is always busy but never over packed, and going there is easy. The menu is gorgeous, the wine list is excellent. On a Saturday night I was able to have a several hour dinner and never felt rushed or bothered, we were well taken care of as the staff is attentive but not chatty. It's a good restaurant for dates or long talks with a friend.
Food and wine selection is always so incredible. The bolognese is the best I’ve had hands down.
Even though I booked on Open Table, they didn't have my reservation. Fortunately, the restaurant wasn't busy.
Overall had a great experience from the food to service.
It’s s momentous occasion to celebrate my mother’s birthday. It was a busy and quite understaffed day but Mike -the manager was able to give such an exemplary service while waiting on us. He was always on point , attentive and very patient . The food is superb , delicious and satisfying . I will highly recommend the place and look forward on coming back
Hands down best Italian food in the area. Trust.
Pathetic place..I am 65 years old this os the worst Italian restaurant I've ever been in my life.. horrrible
food and terrible service..I hated it...
They never asked for reservations, we were 1st people there.
My Girlfriend and I were on the American Idol show at CBS studios right across street from Della Terra. The taping of show took 3 hours so we were starved when it let out. Made a reservation at this restaurant for 7:30. We were greeted at the door and the owner/manager sat us down early. Service was a bit scattered but the cocktails and food were so Good (Everything was prepared and presented Excellently) that we overlooked the service! We would definitely recommend Della Terra and Go back ourselves! Bill and Dee
Service was great
