   First time at this restaurant. We both had tacos and thought they were very good. The margaritas were also good, but to us, pricey for the size of them. Other than that, we enjoyed ourselves.

   Went specifically for the Chile relleno and tamale and was very upset they were taken off the menu “due to Covid” which makes no sense. Please bring these amazing items back!!

   We made reservations for National Tequila Day because the emails I received touted a party. Tequila tastings and swag giveaways. The tequila tastings were great, friendly server at the cart. He had all the extras. My disappointment came from the swag giveaways. There was none. We asked and our servers didn't know anything about that. Also, there were no food specials or margarita specials. We ended up leaving and going somewhere that had both food and margarita specials. Very disappointing.

    Absolutely loved the carnitas tacos, just the way I like them, a little crispy. My wife ordered the grande strawberry margarita, it’s the best we’ve had in Vegas. A big thanks to Tim who did an excellent job for us. We will definitely be back and that is the best compliment you can get.

    My favorite Mexican place in Vegas. Great food (by the way the Chicken Taquitos are insane.. and that is not something I ever thought I would write about taquitos.) Great staff, friendly vibe and great people watching from their patio. Best bargain in Vegas!

    The margaritas are stiff and the steak fajitas very tender. We've been here several times and always enjoy the food and the location. Free parking in the garage underneath is convenient for a location on the strip.

    We’ve been to El Segundo several times and enjoyed it. The food was good but this time the service and table location were terrible. No refills on water, iced tea, or bottomless chips while we sat right next to the waitress station! Saw the waitress maybe 2x and that was it. Even after asking 3 staff members, it took over 1/2 hour to get our check! Sorry El Segundo.

    The hostess was beyond rude, which set the tone for the dining experience. When you let the front of the house be as ignorant as the hostess was, it’s no wonder why people leave average reviews. It took 25 minutes to get our Fajitas, which anyone in a Mexican restaurant business knows is a 5-10 minute serve time.

    My husband and I went here for Father’s Day. I made a reservation on Open Table about a week prior, but was surprised when I got there that they didn’t have my reservation. I even received a reminder email about an hour before, which I showed to the hostess. I was even more surprised that the hostess did not meet us with friendliness and made it seem like we were putting her out to eat there. That is mostly why I’m giving this place 4/5 stars. Also they ended up seating us right next to the hostess stand and the phone rang nonstop and loudly, and it seemed like no one ever answered it. We listened to the phone ring like this for much of dinner, which was a little bit obnoxious. Our server on the other hand was very sweet and although she was very busy all night, she still did a great job. The food was amazing and the vibes on the patio were good, minus the annoying and overly loud phone ringing. We started with guac and margs - he got the Sol margarita and I got the Petal to the Metal. Both were good. I got fajitas and he got tacos - both of these plates were done well and there was quite a bit of food leftover to take with us which we were happy about. I would come back, however if the hostess acted like we were a burden a second time, then that would be it for me. Fingers crossed for a smooth experience next time because I’d hate to cross this one off my list!

    Personally I found the menu kind of confusing, and the server didn’t really explain it to us. Our food took a long time, which they said was due to a “party in the back.” They brought us free guacamole, which was nice. When the food finally did come, the tacos were missing the sides that were supposed to come with it. I asked for them, and got a side of salsa and sour cream. I just gave up at that point. The tacos were pretty good, but my family didn’t really care for the flavors of the queso on the nachos or the flavor of enchiladas. We were pretty full on chips and guacamole and drinks by then anyway. Maybe it was just an off night.

    Made a reservation a week in advance, at arrival, they stated they didn’t have the table I requested; after insisting they gave it to us just to find out inside they were plenty of tables as I had made the reservation for. Service people have good attitude, but waiting +15 minutes for drinks was very disappointing. Asked for a dish that we never got… so not great. Food is amazing, nevertheless!

    We were there to try the "restaurant week" menu which was listed online for dinner service only. Our reservation was for 6:45pm however once seated we were told the special dinner menu was only available until 4pm which would technically make that lunch. Although a little disappointed we stayed anyway and the food was yummy and our server courteous and attentive.

    The food was good and the service was very friendly. I was disappointed even with reservations our only real option was dining outside, but the food was still tasty and we love this restaurant. Every time we come to Vegas, we eat here. The manager this night was great and very funny. We will be back!

    Just for your information, you are unable to enter the restaurant inside the Mall and have to go outside either down the escalators and then climb up 4 steps. Or you can valet park and walk outside and the entrance is around the corner. I would not return to take tourist if they have a mobility or need accessible services. Otherwise I would recommend if someone i knew was visiting near by.

    Our poor experience here started with the misplaced people working the host stand around 7:45-8 pm. The first hostess we interacted with was inexperienced and unsure of how to get us seated for our 8 pm reservation. We stepped aside and watched the next couple that came to the restaurant get seated right away by a second hostess while we waited for our confused hostess to figure it out. We had an 8 pm reservation for two just like the couple that came after us and we arrived first so we should've been seated first. The other hostess that we interacted with (while ours was figuring out the table situation) had a grumpy look and a terrible attitude. That made the experience off-putting from the beginning. She did not belong at the front of the restaurant interacting with customers, let alone interacting with every customer that shows up. Someone with her poor attitude and disregard for providing a positive customer experience is better suited for a job in the back, out of customer sight. She was clearly miserable and did not want to be there. Lastly, there was so much confusion in communication between servers once we were finally seated. Everything took forever. We ultimately had three different servers come to our table to take our orders as if the left hand doesn't talk to the right. We ended up being there wayyy longer than necessary due to the confusion and slow service. On a positive note, when we finally received our food it was very good. Then it took forever for someone to get us our check and finally get us out of there. It's a good thing we were on vacation and will never be coming back.
