The food and service was amazing. The staff is so kind and professional, always going out of their way to make your dining experience special. We even saw Emeril cooking in the beautiful open kitchen.
Again, Emeril’s did not disappoint. Did the chef tasting menu and everything was perfect.

Absolutely phenomenal experience at Emeril's. Our entire waitstaff was so friendly and attentive, Craig made us feel so comfortable and enhanced our night so much! The food was to die for and we are so appreciate of them for welcoming us. We'll be back for the tasting menu soon!
Request to be seated in the front room, not the side room. Don’t order the tasting menu. The front room is fun and festive.
Fantastic evening! Food, ambiance, service were all excellent. We have dined at Emeril’s in Las Vegas and Destin, were not impressed. Friends told us to give this a try—-revamped flagship location. So glad we did! Pricey but well worth it.
It was amazing. Saw Emeril in kitchen and he was so nice. Celebrating my wife’s birthday and that was a nice surprise.
This is my second time, and definitely did not disappoint. Incredible food, and equally amazing experience. This time around I had two of the signature drinks, and every aspect of the drink just blew me away. My mother is a HUGE fan of Emeril's, and we are a working-class family that does not usually drop a couple of hundred dollars on a meal, so this is definitely a treat. While I understand that Chef Emeril does not like taking photos, I can't say I wasn't a little heartbroken when I asked one of the staff, and they told me that probably wasn't going to happen. I do appreciate Chef Emeril signing something for her.

Dinner was delicious. We got the tasting menu so we could have a small portion of different items on the menu. It did not disappoint!!!
I’m not sure we’ll ever have a better dining experience. From start to finish, everything was incredible. We had a team of excellent waitstaff that made us feel like we were the only ones in the restaurant. Young Mike and Nick were the best of the best… I’d recommend Emerils to everyone visiting New Orleans.

I was disappointed in the pork loin, it was dry, even after the waiter advised me on dipping the pork in the provided sauce. My friend’s Waygu steak was delicious, that was a saving grace. Overall the food was just ok, too many other places around to pay that much for average food. It looked like it was mainly a seafood restaurant so maybe add a chicken dish and tastier options for non seafood eaters.
On the plus side, Emeril was actually there, waved at our table, wish I could have told him his pork loin sucked and for a $200 plus meal for two, I was disappointed as it was my first time in New Orleans and at his restaurant.
Excellent wagyu filet! Tender and cooked perfectly. Service was in credible - someone nearby to respond to any request without being over-bearing.

It was such a treat to celebrate Emeril’s homecoming. Everything about our evening exceeded expectations. The flavors of the food, the textures and the presentations were tops. The service was just what I have come to expect from Emeril and his staff. And it was a real treat to see Chef Emeril working his magic in the open kitchen. Now I can’t wait to return to Emeril’s and NOLAS o when it reopens next
Probably the best dining experience we’ve ever had. We did the chef’s tasting with wine pairing. It was decadent without being heavy. Just an explosion of flavors in each bite!! Thanks, Chef Emeril! And thank you to Michael too for taking care of us. We had a lovely evening!!

Best ever tasting menu! Great vegan options! Kids loved it too! It was a wonderful experience to be able to talk and actually hear one another throughout our 3 hour meal. Attention was paid to the acoustics when they designed this space. And that’s very appreciated by blind guests! Thank you!!!!
Everything about the night was fantastic... And, to top it all off, Emeril himself was on hand and directing efforts in the kitchen. One minor gripe... the banana cream pie... has been reworked and, while still very good, does not hold a candle to Emeril's original. "If it ain't broke, don't fix it..."
Blew me away actually. Took my 17 year old son for his first trip to New Orleans. Somewhat expected nice traditional creole cuisine capitalizing on the brand but nothing inventive. I was wrong. Service was impeccable - personal and not stuffy. Emeril was there! And not glad handing a bunch of fat cats, but working the line expediting! Waiter said it was cool for us to take a pic, “it’s an open kitchen. If he didn’t want you to see into the kitchen, he would have closed it off” - emeril, “I need remoulade on 13!”
Amuse bouche came as a trip - garlic bisque with lobster, oyster with caviar and a smoked fish bite… i had the bbq shrimp app times two and my son had the mac-daddy wagyu filet…. Both super tasty and modern. Trip of ice creams for desert followed by another “compliments of the chef” desert tasting bites.. couldn’t have been better.

Overall I recommend however, the time between entree and main was so long that we had to ask for second bread service and our daughters leftovers to be boxed and her desert ordered before my wife and I ate. Bam! Food for thought.
