This was one of our favorite meals of all time. The service was stellar and the flavors were outstanding. Southwestern without being overly spicy. Really good experience.

My wife and I made a special overnight stay in Dallas just to have dinner at Fearing’s. No reason to be there beyond that. What does that tell you? I’ll wait.

This was one of the most incredible meals and experiences I have had since I moved to Dallas. I lived in Chicago which is a super foodie town, and have had great food in dallas, but this blew me away! Service was impeccable, food was insane, and the wine director was incredibly helpful as well. Our new special occasion place for sure!

My date and I both opted for the vegetarian options and Fearing's had some interesting gourmet vegetarian options which I think is unusual for this level of dining experience. The meals did not disappoint.

The atmosphere and service were excellent, as to be expected from such a nice establishment.

Overall, I had a great experience and would recommend to anyone looking for a fine dining experience.

In short, not worth the cost. The service was courteous but slow and inattentive. I have had soft drinks stay full with more regularity at a chain restaurant. The food was good but nothing special. For a very expensive restaurant like this, I had expected more.

We were there for a birthday celebration. The staff treated us all as if it was a celebration for the whole group. The food, as usual, was delicious. Fearing's is our special celebration restaurant and has been for years. We will definitely be coming back!

I certainly appreciate the high end nature of the location, and the decor, layout, service, and food are worthy of the location. With that said, I only take off stars on value because I really don't know of a small brunch margarita that is worth $22 anywhere in the world.

First visit to Fearing’s. We were in town and made reservations for Sunday brunch. The service was fantastic.
The food was equally as good. A little pricey but worth it. We will definitely make this a much eat at destination when in Dallas.

The dinner was delicious !! I have dined there many times and it is always a wonderful experience . The wait staff is very attentive and The chef always appears in the dining room. He really cares about his kitchen and how much everyone is enjoying their dinner. I will be back.

The menu used to be quite a bit more exotic. He changed the menu recently and now is offering pirk chop, scallops and lobster. The food was very good but Fearings to me is about an exotic experience which i didnt feel i got

It was wonderful to see Chef Dean. Everyone was so gracious to congratulate us on our anniversary. The wines were great. My scallops pasta appetizer was tepid at best so I wasn’t able to enjoy it. All of the other dishes were divine.

First things first...when you walk in the hotel the bar is to the left. Walk in the bar then go to the left and you will see a hostess/host back towards the right. I was a little confused when we went in so I'm sure I'm not the first person. My husband & I had dinner here on a Wednesday night for his birthday. It was really a great overall experience. I thought the level of service was exceptional. It wasn't too pretentious or over the top. It was just genuinely good service and very nice attentive staff that greeted you in a seamless fashion. We started out with the pasta & scallops along with the duck fat tater tots. I thought the pasta was kind of boring, the truffles were pretty mild and the scallops didn't have a lot of flavor. The tater were great, duck fat, fried, potato all great components! We had 2 entrees the buffalo and the antelope and I liked different components of each one. I actually had never had antelope but I like venison & elk so I went with it. Not my favorite. It was cooked just like I ordered at medium-rare but just not my thing. The mole was great and the rabbit enchilada and corn/squash side were wonderful! I wish that was just a meal on its own. My husband's buffalo dish was phenomenal. He ordered it rare and it was just perfect. I wound up eating most of his dish. The buffalo is served with Jalapeno grits and a butternut squash taquito. The girts were not that great but the butternut squash was wonderful. We ordered the pecan fried pies. The bourbon ice cream that is served with that should be a separate desert because it's so good. The pies were pretty good but nothing to write home about. So, overall I give this place a 4. Service is always a big factor for me because when it's bad it effects the entire meal not matter how great the food was.

Several guests were offended when a waitperson removed the dome from the butter only to be assaulted by the smoke. I thought it was dry ice causing the cloud, however it was smoke. It is an unnecessary kitschy thing to smoke butter and at least the guests should be warned that smoke would be coming into their faces. One guest had short ribs and said they were terrible. However she did not mention this to our waiter until we had finished lunch. He did offer to get her something else, even a take home item, which she refused.

We had brunch and I have to say, it was the best brunch I’ve ever had. The fruit was perfectly ripe, the pastries were to die for, the grits, the best I’ve ever had, each piece of bacon was perfectly cooked, and the eggs were delicious. I would definitely go back for brunch and am planning to do so soon!

Started with the Southwest Sampler. All of it is good, but the Short Rib Enchilada is exquisite - I could have eaten a plate of those alone. Followed with the Buffalo Tenderloin for me, and the Filet and Chicken Fried Lobster for the missus. Both were great. Coupled it all with an Austin Hope Cabernet. What a great meal. We'll definitely be returning.

I have been to Fearing’s many times. Service was excellent. Appetizers, soups and salads were excellent. Our steaks were just ok. Bob’s and Capital Grill have far better. The fried lobster was good. Desserts were great. $450 for two people with no wine before The Eagles concert was ridiculous.

It was a real pleasure to meet the chef. The lobster bisque was amazing with complex flavors. The atmosphere was perfect. Elegant but relaxing. Will certainly return.

We celebrated my husband's birthday here and as usual were blown away by the whole night. The food was wonderful and the lemon cheese cake with lemon curd and lemon sorbet was one of the best desserts I have ever had. It was beautiful, refreshing and a great way to end a wonderful dinner. We come here every time we are in town from Tyler and are never disappointed.

Normally when we are there for a birthday it’s celebrated in some way...it was odd that I included that it was a birthday in my reservation and then it was never mentioned. Sad that A Fish Called Wanda cocktail was gone-definitely has been a reason we like to go...did prefer precious presentation of Dr. Pepper braised short ribs over the current sweet potato has. The bakery basket was fantastic. The pancakes, while delicious, need a side of eggs or something. Preferred when iced tea was served with mint, although this was produced upon request. It was good, fine for everyday dining, but this time it feel short for a special occasion. I’m going to assume this is a one off since normally everytime I’m there feels like an event.

Everything was great! The service was phenomenal, as was the food. The only negative was they didn’t ask dietary restrictions and brought out bread with meat in it before checking that we are pescatarian. Great experience overall and will absolutely be back!

Great ambiance & interior.
Service is satisfactory.
Servers have been alternating continuously through out our visit. It was confusing for us whom to stick on to when we have to call for assistance. Except that, it was a great experience overall.
They took all the notes upfront according to the plan.
