It’s simple really, our calling card is sustainable Scottish seafood. Our name comes from the Gaelic word for fish. It’s a wee bit tricky to pronounce, but it’s no bother if guests don’t get it quite right. With delicious fresh produce served by our very own Head Chef, Sean Currie, you'll feel the energy in the way we go about things – our warm welcome, enthusiasm for what we do, and, of course, a splash of Glaswegian banter.Serving sustainable Scottish seafood is at the heart of everything we do. We decided to book a fairly early lunch (12:30), so the restaurant was empty when we first arrived and had a nice calm buzz about it while we were eating as a few other tables followed behind us. There was a big party booking arrived just as we were finishing and getting ready to pay (14:30), so I think we timed it perfectly as the noise level seemed like it was about to increase somewhat. Food was delicious, service was great and the ambience was exactly what we were looking for. We'd mentioned in the booking that it was for my birthday, so the staff put a small candle on my dessert, which was a nice little touch without making too much of a fuss. Would highly recommend.
