Wonderful food and fantastic service, salmon starter was amazing and the steaks cooked to perfection

The White Swan never disappoints! We all opted for different sizzling dishes and they were delicious. We also had desserts which again were great hits. The staff were attentive and it’s tastefully decorated for the Christmas season. Thanks for another lovely meal

Very good food and service in an excellent if, slightly, noisy venue. Only negative comments were that the light levels and font size made it difficult to read the menu's, although this in itself made it easier to accept the maitre D's recommendations and generated hilarity as we tried to illuminate with mobile phones. Fortunately my guests were Greeks from Crete so were perfectly used to sit side saddle on the chairs which could have been imported direct from there. They are not comfortable however rustic they may look, Maybe ok for well upholstered younger bums but a pain for us older olg gits whose glutus maximii have faded away.
