Yesterday’s visit was especially memorable. Not only did the manager take the time to come over and introduce herself, but the general manager did as well. Both were incredibly professional, courteous, and welcoming. Their personal attention truly stood out and set the tone for an exceptional experience. The service at the bar was equally impressive. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and genuinely hospitable. From beginning to end, the entire experience was outstanding. As a business owner myself, I am constantly encouraging and training my team to pursue excellence in how we serve people. Yesterday, I experienced that same level of excellence firsthand at Ruth’s Chris Short Hills. Great service starts with great leadership, and it was evident throughout the entire team.
