We were a little worried as it was the same weekend as thousands came for the international outrigger canoe event. The award ceremony was at the luau area, so we still were able to have a peaceful, romantic evening. There were so many food choices and the value was exceptional. My only suggestion was that they offered dessert with no sugar. For people who don't eat sugar or gluten, it would have been nice to have a sweet option like fruit.
