Over all great experience. The dining area for Sushi by Bou is located in the back room of Ani Ramen in Jersey City. It offers a more private setting with about 10 seats at the counter with a great playlist. The staff was very accommodating, attentive, and super friendly. The courses were all excellent and offered a nice variety of flavors and textures. The courses were also very well paced. I never felt like I was waiting too long for the next course and never felt rushed. Highly recommended.

Fries calamari and the linguine with red clam sauce were both excellent, the ambiance was old world Brooklyn NY. What made the meal even better was our server Carlos, he was personable, thoughtful and made sure he were well taken care of , made us feel welcome

It's a gem that more people should know about. Great for baby or bridal showers or just a nice way to spend some time with great friends. Food is unbelievably fresh and delicious. Owners make you feel welcome and a part of their family. Truly a wonderful place that is a must experience.

Stopped by The Armory for dinner and really enjoyed the experience. The restaurant has a cozy, upscale feel, and the atmosphere was lively without being too loud. The food was well-seasoned, fresh, and nicely presented, and the portions were satisfying. The staff was welcoming and attentive throughout our visit. Definitely a great place to grab dinner when you want good food and a nice atmosphere.😊

Great experience overall, very happy for our first time there. The food was very good, but I would say that the Korean BBQ ribs were not as tender as I would have liked. They were flavorful but you had to really use your teeth to pull the meat off the bone. We tried two of their specialty martinis and I would say that for me this was the biggest miss, they were way too sour/bitter for our liking. Overall this place was an excellent experience and we will definitely be back for another try, the atmosphere was super amazing, watching the sushi get made was an experience. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for an upscale Asian food experience. Overall I would rate them a 4.5 out of 5.

WAITSTAFF was very helpful, and unobtrusive. Our glasses of water were kept topped up. The food arrived piping hot, and all at the same time (party of 6). Food was very good. We'll definitely come back!!

    I live locally and decided to try what in what now I call a local gem. We really enjoyed our meal at Garlic Rose! Food was really well prepared and tasty , service was great and place was quiet despite a party at the next table and pricing was as good value for the neighborhood. It is a very welcoming place. I ordered from the price fix menu (surprising number of choices) and my partner had a Chicken dish- She and I we both enjoyed the food and great attentive service. (the other reviews on open table are true!) Most importantly - We will return!
