We live in NYC. We ate at Bastia in the first weeks after it opened. After years, it remains a special spot for a wonderful, flavorful and well executed meal supported by a strong, professional and friendly service team. The quality and consistency of all aspects stands out. The skate cheeks and ricotta dumplings are mainstays; the wild boar pasta and the pork short rib on the current menu show continued creativity and building on the Sardinian flavors and techniques. Well done.
