I had the New York Wagyu from Snake River, and my wife had the filet mignon. Both were perfectly prepared as we took Roy's advice on how the meat is cooked there. The only reason I downgraded the food from 5 stars is that the sides were not to our liking, and that is mostly due to personal preference. I cannot blame Roy or the kitchen as Roy recommended different sides, and I went against that. Our server Anna who was super nice, attentive and had a sweet smile. The wife ordered a lobster bisque with chunks of tasty lobster while I went with the caesar salad and a lobster crab appetizer. aug gratin potatoes with gouda cheese, so damn yummy, and rib eye steaks cooked to perfection.
