My experience at PaperFish Omakase was outstanding. I wanted to expand my palate and learn more about authentic Japanese cuisine before my upcoming trip to Japan, and this was the perfect introduction. Every dish was beautifully presented, showcasing incredible attention to detail. The flavors were exceptional—creative, balanced, and absolutely delicious. Each course offered a unique combination of ingredients and textures that made the experience memorable. Our waiter was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain the dishes and making us feel very welcome throughout the evening. The cocktails were equally impressive. I enjoyed the Lychee Martini, while my partner had the Passion Fruit Martini, and both were exquisite. If you’re looking for an elevated dining experience with outstanding food, artistic presentation, excellent service, and fantastic cocktails, I highly recommend PaperFish Omakase. The food was EXCELLENT! I'm not sure how healthy it actually was, but it totally tricked my brain into thinking I ate a deliciously healthy meal. The portion size was perfect. We started off with a guacamole that was EXTREMELY fresh, chunky, and delicious. It had lots of cilantro and some sweet pepper as garnish and was just SO PERFECT. My husband had a big juicy burger that he said "tastes just like homemade". I had the panang curry with the airfried crispy chicken, and it was amazing -- sweet, a little spicy, and lots of delicious. Our server took our order by memory, which i'm usually wary of, but he did a great job and did not mess up a single thing. He was attentive without being too overbearing. We had a great experience at True Food Kitchen and we will definitely be back!
