At a/stir (pronounced uh-sturr), we offer contemporary gluten-free Northern Mediterranean cuisine - Spanish, French, Italian, Greek & Turkish - courtesy of Chef Ton Yazici. We specialize in wine, cider and spirit flights, as well as a specialty cocktails program curated by Aria Bare & Josh Malison. Since we are located in the home of former legendary bar/tavern, Capitol Cider, we kept some of the favorites from its menu as an homage to its 10+ glorious years of service.
