The 1867 is the renowned licensed eatery, for a treat, located at Heart of The Shires Shopping Village on the A5, just north of Weedon, in the beautiful county of Northamptonshire.Surrounded by beautiful countryside in the centre of England with lots of lovely boutique shops too! We have many guests who conveniently meet here at the 1867 with friends, family and business associates from all over the country and indeed abroad. Well behave dogs are very welcome with water and treats on arrival.We are open from 9.30am for breakfast, every day, including bank holidays ( with exception to Christmas Day and Boxing Day ).Our popular Afternoon Tea offering is available from 2pm until 5pm – please pre-book with any specific dietary requirements.Our crew genuinely want you to leave our eatery ‘feeling better than you came in’ and we will do our upmost to make this happen.     It was our 1st time back to 1867 for a couple of years & we weren't disappointed. Both myself & my husband really enjoyed it. As soon as we walked in we were made to feel really 'welcome'. The service was second to none & all the girl's couldn't do enough for us. The food was excellent & the choice was exceptional & it all tasted soooo nice. Will we go back again....yes we definitely will. & we won't leave it so long this time. 10+☆

    Enjoyed a very pleasant afternoon at The Holt, afternoon tea was lovely, nice atmosphere and decorated with Christmas tress and a lovely fire. Nice to have warm scones as some places do not do this, and nice sandwiches and cakes. We needed to do a last minute change with the sandwich's from their menu, and the were very obliging to do so.

    All staff extremely happy, friendly and attentive. Felt that the food could have been a bit hotter. Must admit that the roast beef was quite tough.

    We’ve been dining for 3 nights at the Holt hotel and every time it was delicious and the service 10 out 10, a bit expensive but everything is I guess these days. Highly recommend the restaurant and the hotel! 🥰
