Best Restaurants for Outdoor Dining in Forest Park

My husband and I celebrated my birthday here. The outdoor garden setting is so romantic. We loved our table. The service was exceptional. The waiter guided our wine selection and our entree choice. He was spot on! My husband had the branzino and I had the fioretta pasta. We loved everything! They surprised me with a birthday dessert! The entire evening was perfect in every way! I highly recommend this restaurant for the ambience, the food and the service! All outstanding!

Great menu with lots of variety at great prices. As wine club members, it is great to be able to have a bottle of wine at our table without the upcharge of most restaurants.

My husband and I met for our first date at Maya del Sol, so it will always have a special place in our hearts. This visit was to celebrate the ten anniversary of that first date. The manager and waitstaff made us feel like VIPs, congratulated us, and provided us with exemplary service. The food, as always, was amazing and a warm hug to us. This was obviously a special occasion, but we will certainly be back the next time we are in the area!

The inside of the restaurant is charming, but the showstopper is the rooftop patio. It is an oasis surrounded by lush foliage. The food is delicious and presented beautifully. The Portuguese spare rib appetizer is a very generous portion and tasty. The duck fried rice is a must-have side. The crispy pork belly was our favorite entree. We accompanied our meal with wine from the Douro valley (Portuguese) and finished with chocolate flan and passion fruit rice pudding. Service was attentive and friendly. Highly recommend!
