Best Restaurants for Birthdays in London

This is an absolute gem. It is also an absolute must visit when in London. The wine list is the biggest and best I’ve ever seen, plus, it is affordable! The team at Doppo could not be friendlier, they made us feel instantly at home! Their recommendations are spot on and they even shared a list of things to do while we are here in the UK! Every time we are in London we visit and it somehow gets better each time!

Have visited & dined here many times over past few years. Setting a standard with regard to customer experience, professional service and great food is one thing, however maintaining that standard is something else. This Bistro achieves this time & time again, well done to all. Set menu offers a great selection of starters, main & dessert plus a glass of Prosecco. Great value, great food, great service. We were a party of 9 and were well looked through the evening. Our host Maria was exceptional and made sure we had the right gap between courses. The food was very good and very reasonable in price. Would certainly go there again.

Great experience although venue was very warm and uncomfortable...I would suggest putting air-conditioning on in hot conditions please...

I often frequent Caffe Concerto for a sweet treat, as they are reliable in terms of their desserts and service. This one has a really beautiful interior. I had the Apple Crumble Frangipane and the Honey Vanilla Latte. The frangipane was baked well and melt in the mouth. If I had to be picky, the custard could have been warmer, but I will ask for that next time. The service was as good as always.
