We were seated in one of the rounded booths that create quite an immersive setting. Our server was excellent. He had such a kind and patient demeanor and helped us select an ideal assortment of plates. The food was absolutely exquisite. The halibut was a standout. We had the yogurt for dessert but didn’t “get it” as a dessert that stood up to the level of the rest of the meal but that’s okay. It was a beautiful lunch and memorable experience. The restaurant itself is beautiful — such a great setting for the evening. Maria led the class and clearly knows her stuff; she made the whole experience both educational and fun. The food was fantastic, we learned so much about tequila and agave, and I even made some new friends along the way.
