We had an excellent experience at Er Faciolaro. A group of my girls an I went out for my birthday dinner and the staff made it very special. There was lots of different food options and all of them were delicious. Highly recommend and would go again! Thank you Er Faciolaro for a wonderful birthday!

The wine and food pairing experience is an incredible value - you get multiple glasses of wine and a multi-course meal including the most delicious cacio e pepe of all time. The staff were also so sweet, going above and beyond to make the evening enjoyable, even taking our baby to play with while we finished our final courses. Truly phenomenal and a steal given the quality of their food and drink.

As seniors we liked the young vibe and really did enjoy angus cheeseburgers even though we felt sheepish ordering. The gourmet platter (charcuterie) looked awesome. My cocktail, the Paloma was so good and refreshing. Our reservation was honored and we sat outside.

You know you are going somewhere special when you walk past all the tourist traps and the chef personally comes out and recommends dishes and wines to go with it. Everything was tops, order the clams and spaghetti for sure, especially if you enjoy things with a slight kick! Yum!!!

Wonderful waiter staff that engaged with our group of 7 in a friendly and jovial manner. The reservation through OpenTable seemed “missing” when we arrived, but They quickly set a table for us and we enjoyed a lovely meal in the heart of Trastevere.

The ambiance and the service was top notch. Everyone enjoyed their meal which included a beef steak, rabbit legs and various appetizers…I was particularly impressed that the drink menu had a Haitian rhum that was not the well known barbancourt! A huge win to see that…
