    This was my first time ever at Cut & Craft and I am so glad I made the visit … this place is a gem, such a great place , from attentive staff (big shout out to Muhammed who looked after our table and he was such a pleasure to meet) the food was one of the best dining experiences I have had in a long time …. And the ambience was vibrant and relaxing at the same time … the general manager Cameron ensured our overall experience was one that was really exceptional and nowadays that’s a rarity … I’ll certainly return to Leeds and visit then one in York with my family , thank you Cut & Craft Leeds , çok güzel 👍🏼x

    From the start to finish we had an amazing time. Sarah our server was the best we have ever had, so attentive but not overly, she filled our waters, wine she came to check when food was delivered if everything was ok, she was absolutely amazing. Needless to say the food was also amazing. It made our anniversary the best experience at your restaurant. Thank you

    Read good things about this restaurant so decided to travel down to York for lunch for my wife's birthday - and we were not disappointed. Lovely setting by the river. Very friendly staff on arrival and during service. The food was great - we both loved the scallops with squid ink risotto, and the pheasant (me) and chicken (my wife) were both delicious. And my wife was given a little birthday treat to finish off the meal. Would also recommend the Balfour Nanette rose wine from Kent - apparently not so popular with diners, but it should be! All in all, a memorable meal. It's not easy to find places which offer their a la carte menu at lunchtimes, so well done to The Star Inn The City.
