We had dinner the night before and breakfast the next morning because we were staying at the Montage. This started as a pop up a few months ago and the then became just Gilles. The food and service were outstanding. We had the sole and filet steak aux poivre. Both were excellent. It was expensive...
The food was fantastic even though the menu is limited. The portions are generous. And the view was spectacular on the day we were there. The service as good and the general attitude of the wait staff was friendly.
This is not an inexpensive place to dine, but it is an experience worth having.
It was fantastic and the service and food quality was just what we wanted from the table side guac to the tacos. in fact the corn tacos and re fried bean were the best i had ever had. Service was perfect the chicken for the fajitas was a little dry but we will certainly be back
